3. Set up

The Set Up fee incorporates:

Set up of domain name (e.g. yourcompany.WebSurvey.net.au)
Set up of survey including introductory text, question text, question types and constraints
Insertion of logo / basic graphics where applicable
Upload of PDF file (where necessary) for downloadable paper version of the survey
One round of update / editing of survey & introductory text post proofing
Upload to the server
One round of set up of usernames & passwords
Download and forwarding of data on completion
One additional download of data during the running of the survey

Set up costs assumes that:

Survey questions are forwarded to us ready to copy into the survey set up (not a draft version of the questions or paper copy of the questions)
Only one round of proofing/ revision is required following initial set up
Usernames and passwords are allocated in one set
A PDF version of the survey (if necessary) is provided for print version
The survey introduction text is provided ready for mark up
Colours and logos have been decided
There are no question types beyond the current functionality of WebSurvey (new functionality can be arranged but will usually involve longer lead time and additional cost.)
