As noted above, our servers are powerful, housed in a secure facility, have redundant power supply & connectivity, high bandwidth Internet access and real time backup. Despite these precautions, outages occasionally occur. Where an outage occurs of less than 1/2 an hour during the course of running a survey, no discount will be given. Where an unscheduled outage lasts for more than half an hour, a discount (or cancellation) on usage costs will generally apply.
