Some of these services are fairly standardised - where a time / price indication can be given. Some examples are:
- Addition of a further batch of logins & passwords
- Download and return of data (beyond once during the survey & once on completion)
- Modification to words in items or text in introduction etc. (minor updates)
- Summary of "completed" surveys by login (following download of data)
- Each of the above (unless there are complicating factors) will normally take not more than one hour @ $185/Hr + GST
Its common for us to handle the process of emailing to participants to invite them to participate.
- Initial invitation email $185/Hr + GST
- Follow Up Email (targeted to respondents who have NOT yet completed) $185/Hr + GST
We can also provide other related services. Feel free to discuss if you need any of the following:
- Primary Help Desk.
We can be the main contact for support phone calls / emails.
- Analysis.
We can assist with the analysis of your data on completion of the survey.
- Receipt / Data Entry of Paper Version of your Survey.
Where you choose to offer the option of a downloadable version of the survey for completion on paper, we can act as the receipt point for these surveys and carry out the data entry and amalgamation of this data into your on line data.
