We make every effort to ensure that data captured using Web Survey is comprehensively and accurately collected, stored and transmitted to you.
Where there are concerns expressed about the quality or accuracy of the data, we will immediately commence assessing the problem. Where the problem has occurred during our handling of the data, we will immediately rectify the problems with the data at no charge.
Where such problems have occurred post delivery of the data or where there is no problem, charges may apply for the assessment time and any further assistance requested in rectifying data problems or assessing the data.
